Irena Pfundner

Hi!

My name is Irena and I live in Slovenia. Dance has been my passion since age 5. I have trained and competed in ballroom and hiphop dances, performed in various dance groups, danced and taught salsa and worked as group fitness instructor for more than 2 decades. I started reaaly young obviously :) I finished Communication studies and studied Dance therapy. 

My first experience with Salsation® was in Reebok Wellness Marathon, Prague 2014, and I saw this program is the perfect blend of two of my favorite worlds - group fitness and dance, especially salsa. I loved it. I attended workshops in Romania, Prague, Monfalcone, Vienna, Madrid... and I went for the trainings in Madrid and Duisburg, taught by Alejandro Angulo. I try to bring the true essence of Salsation® in my classes and masterclasses. After several years of dedicated work, the creator of the program, Alejandro Angulo, invited me to his Master Trainers team, and for this opportunity I feel deep gratitude. I can't wait to share this exeperience with you all.
