Hi everybody!

My name is Maria Antonieta but friends call me ANTO. I was born and raised in Venezuela. I came to the Netherlands in 2009 for a promotion in Chemical Engineering.

I love dancing since I was a child. I discovered Salsation in 2016 and I became a Salsation instructor for the first time in 2017. Because of my second pregnancy and full time job, I step out from the dance fitness world for a while. In January 2022 I renewed my Salsation license and I decided to work part time as Salsation instructor because I realized this is my IKIGAI. In may 2023 I became Salsation Elite Instructor under the guidance of SMT Roxana whom I thank very much for all the support.

Social contact and helping others for me is quite important. I love giving people the energy and motivation to be and stay fit. I speak Spanish (mother tongue), English (fluent) and Dutch (intermediate level).

Every Salsation class is guaranteed to be FUN where we challenge our fitness condition, we train our muscles and test our memory! I would really like to see you in my class and you can feel my good vibes!

Please notice my classes are given in sport clubs. You need to be a member of such a club to join my class. The price indicated below is just an indication of a day-pass cost.

¡Hola a todos!

Mi nombre es María Antonieta pero mis amigos me llaman ANTO. Nací y crecí en Venezuela. Llegué a los Países Bajos en 2009 para realizar una doctorado en Ingeniería Química.

Me encanta bailar desde pequeña. Descubrí Salsation en 2016 y me convertí en instructora de Salsation por primera vez en 2017. Debido a mi segundo embarazo y mi trabajo de tiempo completo, salí del mundo del dance fitness por un tiempo. En enero de 2022 renové mi licencia de Salsation y decidí trabajar a tiempo parcial como instructora de Salsation porque me di cuenta de que este es mi IKIGAI. En mayo de 2023 me convertí en Instructora Elite de Salsation bajo la guía de SMT Roxana a quien agradezco mucho por todo el apoyo.

El contacto social y ayudar a los demás para mí es bastante importante. Me encanta darle a la gente la energía y la motivación para estar y mantenerse en forma. Hablo español (lengua materna), inglés (fluido) y holandés (nivel intermedio).

¡Te garantizo que cada clase de Salsation será DIVERTIDA donde desafiamos nuestra condición física, entrenamos nuestros músculos y ponemos a prueba nuestra memoria! ¡Me gustaría mucho verte en mi clase y puedas sentir mi buena vibra!

Ten en cuenta que mis clases se imparten en clubes deportivos. Debes ser miembro de dicho club para unirte a mi clase. El precio indicado a continuación es sólo una indicación del coste del pase de un día.
