This SALSATION® Basic Instructor Training is a 2 day training which is carefully designed for people with fitness or dance backgrounds, as well as, for those who have no fitness or dance experience.

Checklist before the weekend from your trainer, Nanna:
- Prepare a lunch to bring as the days will be packed with dancing and learning. You will need fuel for body and mind.
- Make sure to bring extra wear as we will be working out both days
- Arrive 20 min before we start to make sure you are ready and set for us to start on time
- Bring a pen and paper to take notes during the training
