SALSATION® is a fun and addictive, functional dance workout!

WORKSHOP:

The SALSATION®️ workshop lasts 3 hours. It has been carefully designed for you and will allow you to:

Discover the Salsation Formula, a methodology that makes what once seemed complex, easy;
Rediscover musicality and learn to feel the music;
Understand the SALSATION®️ program in more detail;
Learn special details about several choreographies (how they were created and why);
Learn new variations of basic steps (simplified or not);
Improve the quality of your movements;
Get to know more about Functional Training.

SALSATION®️ Workshops are open to everyone! Whether you're an experienced instructor/dancer or have no dance experience, these workshops are designed to adapt to all levels!
